Beginners Course FAQ
- Who is the course for?
If you are a complete beginner, this course is great for getting started. This course is also useful if you have tried learning before but need some help with the basics.
- How long does the course last?
In six one-to-one hour long online sessions I will help you get to know your deck and begin doing readings for yourself and others.
- How much does it cost?
The beginners course costs £250 and includes notes and resources to help you learn.
- What do I need to complete the course?
You will need your own deck of tarot cards. If you don’t already have one, I will help you find something that is suitable and, importantly, that you like to use.
- What happens when I’ve completed the course?
When you have completed the course I will send you a certificate of completion and you can carry on getting to know your cards and building your confidence. If you want, you can continue your learning by booking individual sessions.
As a bonus, you will also be given an optional mini online ‘tarot reader’s’ reading which will give some insight into your unique reading style and strengths.

If you’re a complete beginner, I can get you started reading with the cards in just one session. Of course, if you’d like to gain confidence or achieve proficiency, you might choose to have regular lessons.
- How long do lessons last?
Lessons last for around an hour and cost £45.
- How do I book a lesson?
Please get in touch before you book your lesson so we can talk about what you hope to achieve from lessons. I can also let you know of my availability before we book a mutually convenient time. You can then pay for your lesson in the shop. All sessions are conducted by Zoom and I will send you details of technical requirements and how to get connected ahead of your lesson.
